About DEXAGON

DEXAGON was founded in 1996, as a direct offshoot of a highly-success network integration company. The corporate restructuring allowed DEXAGON to blossom into a fully-independent network services company, dedicated to network issues, including: designing, deploying, managing, monitoring, and securing those networks.

In 1998, DEXAGON added data-center services by building a raised-floor room in the head office. With a data center in place, a full suite of data center services could now be delivered, including hosting and centralized network management. Hosting clients, and network clients grew exponentially in those early days of the Internet.

The explosive growth of the Internet also allowed a multitude of remote services to be deployed, and DEXAGON used this new paradigm to deliver previously unavailable services, such as remote network monitoring, and instantaneous network alerting. Problems could be diagnosed, logged, and reported, long before anyone even knew that a potential problem existed.

At the same time, the industry view of "network management" grew beyond simply tracking the health of the individual devices, to encompass network security. DEXAGON responded by engaging a number of security experts, and bringing some of that expertise in-house.

Today, DEXAGON provides a number of technology services (such as Premises Automation), as well as highly technical services (such as programming and RFID Integration).
